While I was looking for a rental villa in Bodrum where I could have a holiday with my family, I came across your ads, I was nervous, but everything was great, I had a very comfortable holiday, thanks to you, you broke our prejudices.

This is a great apartment in a good location of Bodrum. Close to some great boat trips and eating out.

We spent 7 days in the house as a family of four (children in late teens). From the time of booking the communication from Sally, the owner, was superb: great detail and extremely helpful. The house is located on a closed estate on the hills to the west of Yalikavak. It is high enough (up a very steep hill) to have a view out to the see from the roof, but the garden and the house is enclosed and private. The house is very well maintained and has the genuine feel that you are staying in someone''''s home rather than a rental property. The living area is of a good size and outside is a perfect, private area to relax in the sun or shade. The private pool was the perfect size for limited swimming and cooling down. The roof top is a real bonus, especially with the addition of the hot tub. Despite the extreme hot weather we spent most of the week outside. We did not really use the shared pool which is large or the slides. There is a gym on site but it is a bit run down. There is a bus which runs every four hours into the centre of Yalikavak marina and it leaves 50m away from the house. We had a hire car which was a real bonus to be able to nip to the shops or to eat in the evening and I would recommend a car for this property. It has a good blend of being very rural but not isolated. We did not know the area, but with teenage children we really enjoyed Kalikavak as place, A busy marina, with lots of restaurants, and a wide variety of shopping from the very expensive to a more bazaar feel side streets. Plenty of good supermarkets within a few miles down the hill. There is plenty of help on site, and when we had a problem with the pool, Sally sorted it out within minutes. Overall, we had a fantastic week here and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. We would strongly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice villa and view, swimming area and pool are great, location is close to the marina and supermarket and all rooms have air conditioning.

We had a great time during our week in Bodrum. The view was amazing, the pool was refreshing and Aslihan and the team were great! We will definitely come again if we get the opportunity.

The villa is located in a holiday complex. Only tenants and property owners have the right to enter, a security service looks after it day and night. The villa has charm, the pool is cleaned and maintained every day. The spa was emptied, cleaned and refilled the day after the late check-in. We were able to enter the house thanks to the safe box. You have TV with Netflix, but honestly you won''t be spending your time there. Wifi works very well. A few other amenities in the complex, large outdoor indoor pool, sauna, steam room, slide with breathtaking views. Tennis court sea view Close to the marina where you can find all the luxury shops (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada etc.) and good restaurants like the famous Nusr Et. 30 minutes drive from Bodrum, there is currency exchange, bazaar, cafes, restaurants, atmospheric bar and also the castle. A car is a necessity to get around freely. Thanks to Aslıhan, who was available and did not hesitate to hear from us. He was very helpful after the change in our flight times. Thanks again!

Lovely villa, great location and easy to get taxis in and out of the marina etc. The house is up a hill so not ideal if you are with a buggy, and lots of steps inside the villa so something to be aware of if travelling with kids. Some of the furniture also not attached to walls/well made.

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful and quiet villa and we reall enjoyed it! Very beautifull and large house, well equipped kitchen, great garden with the pool. Good for kids too. Location is ok if you have a car. 15 mins to the restaurants and the beach. Definitely best stay in

Die Villa liegt schön abgelegen an einem ruhigen Ort. Trotzdem ist man ziemlich schnell in der Stadt wenn man möchte. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt den wir genossen haben. Leider lassen die gewählten Möbel und vor allem die Sauberkeit ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig
