Villa Mavi has been built on a small development of villas in the charming beach resort of Kadikalesi, Turgutreis on the Bodrum Peninsula. On site is a large shared  pool and tennis/basketball court.   Returning to the villa there is ample space to sit back, relax while marvelling at the views. A shaded pergola and the opportunity to dine al fresco each day completes the perfect setting for your holiday.

Villa Mavi features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, tastefully furnished with a flat-screen TV and modern, comfortable L shaped sofa. The fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly into the space and two sets of doors allow natural light to flood in and open out to the terrace .

The villa comprises of 3 ensuite bedrooms on 2 levels. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite aswell as the use of a separate toilet/WC adjacent. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the first floor including a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and balcony with spectacular views of the coastline. A second ensuite double bedroom is also located on this floor

The villa is accessed via steps on the lower street level where you can also park your car.  There is plenty on site street parking available.

Villa Mavi has an idyllic location, positioned on the hillside with superb views of the surrounding countryside and sea. Offering the best of both worlds, the villa is set away from the hustle and bustle yet just 10 minutes’ drive from the popular resort of Turgutreis. Here you’ll find a lovely choice of restaurants and lokantas lining the waterfront. The main street is pedestrianised in the evenings, allowing alfresco dining to spill out into the streets, creating a great atmosphere. You can arrange some excursions to see the beautiful Bodrum coastline or take a ferry across to the neighbouring Greek island of Kos. Closer to your villa you’ll find the seafront lined smaller restaurants of Kadikalesi. Bodrum Centre itself is a 30minute car drive.
