Villa Esteban

Villa Esteban is a 4 bedroom modern duplex villa (accomodating 7 guests) located 150m from the compounds private beach and only for use of the residents in this compound. The communal grounds provide communal pools, a poolside restaurant and snack bar on the beach, amphitheatre, cruise terraces, disabled-friendly walking and jogging paths, tennis court, beach volleyball, private beach and swimming pier, yoga and activity areas, whirlpool lounges on the edge of the beach, outdoor and covered car parks and 24-hour security, so there is everything you need right on your doorstep.

The peaceful village of Boğazici is a 10 minute drive and the lively resort of Bodrum with an abundance of bars and restaurants is a 40 minutes drive . The villa has all you need to relax and enjoy the Turkish sunshine and modern conveniences throughout, making this villa a perfect choice for your holiday. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating provided.

There’s an outdoor dining group and sofa group with large umbrella for shade plus you’ll have direct access to the living space via sliding doors.

The open plan living area of the villa has a stylish, contemporary design. With light from the large patio doors throughout the lounge, dining area and kitchen, it gives a very spacious feel to this attractive villa.

There are 2 double (ensuites) and 1 twin and 1 single bedroom. One double ensuite is situated on the ground floor and the other bedrooms are located on the upper floors which are all bright and well furnished. There is a shared WC on the ground floor and a shared bathroom on the upper floor.

The villa entrance is up some stairs which leads directly to the private garden area of the villa. Parking is on street at the villa in allocated spaces

For larger groups we also have Castamar Residence which is the penthouse apartment with roof terrace directly above the Villa Esteban and can accomodate an additional 4 guests.
