Villa Zuma

Villa Zuma is a stunning 3 bedroom property with lovely green views. The villa has a modern and contemporary finish throughout. The private pool, terrace and living room all focus on the panoramic views. Located in the countryside, close to the main Bodrum airport (15 mins drive) and 40 minutes drive from Bodrum itself, a 5 minute drive takes you to the popular village resort of Boğazici with an array of water fron restaurants, pizzarias and a sandy beach. WiFi, and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and living space are included.

Spend your days unwinding on your magnificent pool terrace with wonderful views. Take a dip in the inviting pool or enjoy some respite from the sun under the covered terrace. You’ll find some lovely outdoor furniture to relax on with a good book or glass of wine in the evening. This  is also a dining table and chairs, ideal for savouring some sumptuous meals throughout the day.

There are 3 modern bedrooms, decorated in neutral tones and 3 bathrooms (one ensuite). On the entrance top floor are the 3 bedrooms-  you’ll find 2 double and one wide single bed (could fit 2 small children) bedroom that share a large, covered and wraparound balcony with stunning views.

There is a large, open plan living space, all of which overlook the pool and views. The space is contemporarily furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday meals. 2 sets of patio doors make the space bright and open onto a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs - perfect for alfresco dining with a view!

Aswell as sole access to your own private pool, there is also a shared pool on the compound that you can use. There is a private beach about 15 mins drive that is for sole use of the residents of this compound and other sister compounds with sunloungers and umbrellas. Even closer are local beach clubs and restaurants where you can enjoy the sunshine .
