01 What deposit is required?

In order to make a booking, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total property rental,  (or such other amount as agreed with your representative). Unless booking on or after the final balance due date (usually 4 weeks before the rental start date but as advised at the time of booking and shown on your Holiday Confirmation) in which case you must pay the full cost of the property rental at the time of booking.

02 How do I make a booking?

Please chose the property that you like from our way2holiday .com website and either complete the online request for or contact us from the telephone or whatsapp number on our website

03 When is the balance due?

Balance due date(s) are shown on your Holiday Confirmation. An e-mail reminder will be sent.

04 Can I make a balance payment online?

Yes. We have a secure payment page where you can make balance payments online by credit or debit card

05 Is a security/breakage deposit payable?

A Refundable Damages Deposit will be added to your invoice . This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout assuming no damage was made. We do not charge for minor breakages such as a water glass etc but should you break anything if you replace with a for like alternative this will ease checkin for new guests. For any damage that exceeds £250 the owner reserves the right to invoice you for immediate payment.

06 How often will the pool be cleaned?

It will depend on the individual property which days the pools are cleaned. The private pools are cleaned a minimum of twice per week. 

07 What time is the property available from and what time must we leave on our last day?

Check-in / Check-out Times: Check-in 4.00pm, check-out 10.00am
Your property will usually be available for occupation from 4pm on your arrival date. However, cleaners may still be working at this time and we ask that guests show understanding in allowing them to finish preparing the property. You will usually be required to vacate your property by 10am on your departure date although we will try to be flexible if at all possible but this is not guaranteed. Please bear in mind these timings when you book your travel.

08 Does the property have wifi?

If a property has Wifi/an internet connection, this will be indicated in the description. Data limits may apply and reliability cannot be guaranteed. We are unable to accept responsibility or offer compensation for loss of connection or internet service.

09 What if I have to cancel?

Your cancellation or alteration request must be made in writing and will only be effective when received by us. Cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider. Please see Terms & Conditions, for our full cancellation terms. 

10 Are pets allowed?

If you would like to take your pet on holiday, please contact us before confirming your booking to discuss whether pets are allowed in your chosen property.

11 Is a food pack provided?

Food packs are not provided by the individual owners but we can arrange these on your behalf. please discuss your needs with your representative 

12 When will I receive my arrival details and location information?

About 10 days before you are due to depart we will send you arrival information to your property along with other relevant information  on how to access the keys or whether you will be met by a representative based on your arrival times.

13 How do I search for a villa?

Searching for a villa is easy. If you know the name of the villa you wish to book, please enter the villa name in the “Any destination” search box on the home page. Alternately, use the search bar where you can select the relevant option from each section on the search bar and click the ‘Search’ button.

14 What age ranges define adults, children and infants?

  • Adults: Anyone aged 16 or above
  • Children: Children must be aged between 2 and 15
  • Infants: Infants are babies aged 24 months or under

15 What is a starter pack and can I add it to my booking?

A starter pack provides you with basic essentials and sufficient food for a light snack. Typically included are: milk, bread, tea and coffee, juice, cereals, biscuits, a selection of local products, water . The pack also includes helpful essentials such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid and sponges/cloths, matches, dishwasher tablets and bin bags. You can book a starter pack via your representative, once you've made your villa booking. Starter Packs are usually sufficient for 1-4 people. The €45 cost of the starter pack also includes a small purchase and delivery charge as well as the items and can add to your booking, up to 48 hours before travel. Please note that we can amend the contents of the starter pack if requested.
