The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and WC. Villa Ritz has 2 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. Both of these rooms have magnificent sea and sunset views. On the lower floor, there is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sea view, an open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. From this floor, there is access to the garden / swimming pool area, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your holiday, and the veranda area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The 4th bedroom with its own kitchen right next to the garden has 1 double bed and 1 double wall bed in the living room area.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with sofas, a coffee table and a Smart TV, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances.

There are 2 similar villas for larger groups up to 25 guests. Each villa has an allocated parking space for up to 2 cars with a pathway leading to the entrance of the villa with 1 step up to the front door.
