Villa Rio

Villa Rio is a 3 bedroom modern built stone villa with a superb central location just at the entrance of Bodrum Town itself.  You’ll find a fantastic choice of bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach of your villa, with the Central Bodrum Beach just a short downhill stroll away. This impressive stone villa has been modernised throughout and yet offers characterful traditional Bodrum design.  There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The inviting private pool is set on the entrance level off the living room and kitchen area with plenty of space for sunbeds to top up your tan. There are steps down to the private shaded outdoor area with trees. There is an outdoor dining area, ideal for those al fresco meals  as well as a seating group.

The unique split level means that you go up a small flights of stairs   to the main ensuite double bedroom with wardrobe area. From the living room entrance floor down a flight of stairs are a further 2 double bedrooms and shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct patio door access to the lower garden areas

The open plan living space is decorated in earthy, neutral tones and has a seperate kitchen leading out to the outdoor dining table and chairs and pool areas.  The lounge area has double patio doors leading directly out to the pool terrace. There is also a, well equipped kitchen and a dining area with adjacent patio doors to the terrace.

The villa is accessed via a side street off the main road, with plenty of private parking should you decide to hire a car. A gate leads into the villa grounds, with 1 step up to the front door.                       

Villa Rio has a fantastic central location just on the outskirts of the popular Bodrum centre. You’ll find a great selection of bars, restaurants, shops and a sandy beach within downhill walking distance, although you may wish to take a taxi back up the hill in the heat. The nearest beach is 15 minutes' walk away and Bodrum Castle is around 20 minutes on foot, or a few minutes by car.  The harbour is lined with a good choice of places to eat, plus several gift and beachwear shops.

The villa also offers a good base from which to explore further areas such as Yalikavak, Gundogan, Turgutreis if you feel like venturing out.
