Villa Paprica

With breathtaking sea views out to the Greek islands of Kos, Kalymnos and over the resort itself, Villa Parpica is nestled on the hillside of the coastal resort of Turgutreis, Bodrum, Turkey. This 5 bedroom villa, accommodating 10 guests, is 2km from the resort centre where you can find a wide selection of restaurants and bars aswell as a lively covered shopping area and markets.

The outside area is fabulous for relaxing and unwinding. The large private pool takes centre stage amongst the tiled terrace, which has plenty of room for sunbathing and enjoying the views. There's a BBQ, to one side , for cooking up a feast and a shaded kamelya on the grass area that has a table and chairs for enjoying an alfresco meal.

All bedrooms are brightly furnished with ample storage space. On the entrance level, there is 1 double master bedroom, with breathtaking sea and pool views, a private bathroom, and a dressing room with an infrared sauna. The other four bedrooms are located on the lower floor, with all double bedrooms featuring views of the lower garden. The twin room has light through the horizontal window. There are also three bathrooms, with two en-suite bathrooms and one laundry room. All rooms have motorized blinds and air conditioning for your comfort.

The open plan living area, on the entrance floor, has a bright and airy  feel. Patio doors frame the sea view and allow access to the pool terrace and outdoor dining/seating area. This is a great space for large groups with 2 sofas areas, a flat screen TV and feature fireplace. The dining table and chairs are to one side, creating a good sociable space. The well-equipped kitchen completes this room, with all modern conveniences.

On the lower level, there is a table tennis table accessed either from the garden or lower bedrooms where you can practice your table tennis skills. There's also access to the pool terrace up a short flight of steps.

Villa Paprica has an entrance area where a total of at least five cars can be parked, including a covered garage for two cars.

Villa Paprica is located on the fringe of the much loved resort of Turgutreis, (2km drive).  If you wish, you can easily call a taxi to the villa, or you can cover the fifteen-minute distance on foot.  There's a good choice of snack bars and restaurants with a variety of cuisines as well as the coastal road taking you on a tour along the little turkish villages and into Bodrum itself. The vibrant Bodrum Town is a mere 30 minute drive away, with buses operating on a frequent schedule. Explore the Bodrum Town and Castle with its many historical buildings, impressive artifacts and dive into the ancient history at one of the exciting archaeological sites.
