The superb private pool is set in a wooden deck and surrounded by sunloungers or swinging chairs offering a wonderful space to relax and soak up the sunshine whilst admiring the stunning sea and countryside views.  A large, covered terrace extends around the villa providing shaded area for seating and dining together in the modern outdoor furniture perfect for an alfresco feast while enjoying sea views.

The open plan living area is contemporary in style and has a small dining table and chairs, comfortable L shaped sofa, and a feature wall with a flat screen TV. The large glass doors fill the space with daylight and open out onto the private pool decking. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your holiday meals.  There is a seperate toilet on this level and one double ensuite bedroom..

Villa Olympia has 4 Modern, stylish, and well- furnished bedrooms stretched over 2 floors. There is a small extra room with laundry and single bed for a maid/nanny extra to this if required (sleeping a 9th person).  On the entrance floor there is one ensuite double bedroom, upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms ( 2 double ensuite and 1 twin ensuite) and the single maid room. All main rooms have television and ensuite. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony with wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding countryside on one double and the twin bedroom.   

Villa Olympia has private parking area for 2 cars. 

The excellent position provides a holiday away from the hustle and bustle yet is within easy access to the Yalikavak Centre and the charming old harbour is  only 5 minutes’ drive away, with numerous restaurants and a covered shopping area. The infamous Palmarina with its luxury brands and super yachts is a must for your visit and an easy walk from the Yalıkavak harbour area.  If you feel like venturing a little further afield, Bodrum Centre is 20km drive. It has a, a selection of shops and restaurants lined down the cobbled streets of the Old Town, as well as its own picturesque marina.
