There are 2 side by side ‘duplex 2 storey’ units with pool level exit and 1 penthouse apartment unit above.

For the duplex accommodation, entrance is via the open plan living room kitchen area on the middle level. On the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms  that open onto the pool terrace and a separate shared bathroom. The penthouse apartment has seperate open plan kitchen living room area with large balcony area, 2 double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite ) and a seperate shared bathroom. There are 6 double bedrooms in total.

The lounge and dining area all have comfortable seating, a TV, as well as a kitchen island with bistro chairs. There's also a large window allowing plenty of natural light. The stylish kitchens are contemporary in design with sleek white cabinets and attractive wooden shelves. You'll find all the modern appliances needed for your holiday meals, as well as dining table with chairs on the balconies. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a dining table with chairs overlooking the views.

Villa Nirvana has a private walkway, gated from the street, with a parking area for your hire cars by the villa entrance.

With just a 2 minutes' walk from the Torba seafront that  continues with an easy flat walk to the numerous fish, meat and mezzes restaurants that Torbas’ harbour area has to offer, this villa is in a fantastic location. With a selection of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk and a mini bus stop with 10 minutes' walk, this villa is ideal for those not wanting to drive on holiday. If you want to explore the Bodrum Peninsula a bit further, then Bodrum itself is just 10 minutes' drive away with bars, restaurants and traditional white-washed houses.
