Villa Milano

Villa Milano sits in an excellent quiet location just a 10 minute drive or minibus ride from the popular Bodrum Centre and Marina. Next door is Villa Paris so ideal for larger families or groups of friends if you wish to rent 2 villas.

Set in pretty gardens, the inviting private pool is the perfect spot to relax. Kick back on a sunbed and soak up some Turkish sunshine. Under the covered terrace you’ll find the alfresco dining table, while the portable BBQ is ideal for cooking up a feast.

The living area is bright and airy with comfortable sofas with a flat screen TV. Large doors open out onto covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge, creating a sociable space, and is fully equipped with modern appliances.  There is WiFi and air conditioning.

There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are accessed from the central living/hall area. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom on the entrance floor and a 4th (double) bedroom on the lower ground floor. On the lower ground floor there is a second seating area with television and sofabed which can accommodate the 8th guest if required.

The main entrance gate to the property is reached from the main street and should you wish to hire a car there is private parking for 2 cars. The front door leads into the living room and open plan kitchen

Villa Milano located in a quiet suburb, close to Bodrum Centre and is just over a 10 minute drive from the Bodrum Marina. Here you’ll find a great choice of bars and restaurants overlooking the yachts. From here, you can walk along the seafront towards the beaches and plenty more dining choices. While in town you can visit Bodrum Castle or  hop on a ferry and spend an afternoon in the Greek Island of Kos.

 The villa is also close to a number of other excellent beaches, including Bitez and Ortakent, which can be found just 10 minutes' drive away by taxi or hire car.
