Villa Mare Beach villas exude style through their chic and contemporary furnishings and sea front setting. This special compound consists of 12 villas each with private pool right on the beach. Each Villa Mare Beach villa has 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and is located in the popular resort of Ortakent, Bodrum with its beachfront promenade, restaurants, bars, and shops, all within easy walk. This villa combines the best of both worlds: proximity to the beach and resort facilities, with the luxury of your own private pool.  The charming town of Bodrum centre is a 10 minutes' drive with its white wasked houses and winding streets. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

The inviting private pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for topping up on your tan. A set of 6 built in roman steps leads into the pool for easy access.  There is an outdoor dining and chill-out area with comfortable seating - the perfect idyll from which to enjoy the stunning views. The beach area has a bohemian style cafe/bar where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. Sunloungers are reserved on the beach for villa guests on a daily basis free of charge as requested.

 
Villa Mare Beach sleeps a total of 10 guests in its’ 5 ensuite bedrooms. On the first floor there are 2 ensuite bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), the double has access to a private balcony. On the lower ground floor there are 2 double ensuite bedrooms and then a 5 th ensuite bedroom which is accessed via a corridor (this has option of double or single beds). The 5th bedroom also has a small kitchen facility. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have built in wardrobes

This spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen has large patior doors framing the pool view and 1 of those patio doors opens onto the shaded dining terrace, and pool area. The travertine floor and rustic wall art give the villa an exclusive feel, and you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoys the magnificent location. The adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Villa Mare Beach has a private lower ground closed garage for 1 car. There is additional on-road parking available. The villa can be accessed via the main door or via a seperate side entrance from the garage level.
