Villa En Pier has a wonderful location between Gumusluk and Yalikavak and close to the sea front This 5 bedroom villa enjoys a private pool that is surrounded by a wooden terrace - ideal for bigger families and groups. What's more, the restaurants, shops and the beach in Gumuşluk are only 5 minutes' drive away. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

There is a private pool with plenty of space for soaking up the summer sun on the sun loungers. A dining table and chairs is conveniently located on the living room terrace area allowing you to cook up some delicious alfresco meals. A double swing chair is ideal for relaxing with a book or cool drink.

There is a total of 5 ensuite bedrooms ( 4 double and 1 twin). The twin room is located on the entrance floor and then there are 2 double bedrooms each on the lower ground floor and then the first floor.   All the bedrooms are pleasantly furnished with a bright and airy feel.

There is a bright open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating and large windows overlooking the pool which keep the space filled with natural light. The dining area has patio doors out onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday meals. There is another set of patio doors opening from the kitchen to the terrace and alfresco dining area.

The villa is accessed via the seperate gate. There is plenty of off-road parking for your hire car.

Excellently located, within walking distance of the uncrowded beachfront, Villa En Pier is perfect for those that want to be close to the sea. The village of Gumusluk is just a 5 minute drive away where you’ll find a number of local shops including traditional bakeries and supermarkets. The famous rabbit island with its underwater archelogical ruins aswell as charming begonville covered streets and beach front are all within easy reach. The resort of Bodrum is just 30 minutes from the villa by car, you’ll find beautiful narrow streets to wander and explore.
