Villa Capella is a contemporary 4 bedroom villa with unique arched balcony design. Kick back and enjoy the sunshine with private pool and small lawned garden area. The villa is beautifully finished inside and out, with stylish interiors and quality furnishings. Located above the town of Bodrum in the Konacik area, you’ll be only 10 minutes’ drive from a vast choice of restaurants, shops and beaches. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The private pool is set by the side of wooden decked shaded seating area and dotted with sunbeds, ideal for enjoying the Bodrum sunshine. There is a small lawned garden providing additional space for everyone to enjoy. Under the tree shaded terrace you’ll find an outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco snacks or breakfast.  The superb private pool is divided to 2 sections.  Adjacent is a shallow section with emersed seating to enjoy a chat with friends or just dip in to cool off.

Villa Capella has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests.  On the entrance floor there is one double bedroom and one shared bathroom, as well as the open plan living room kitchen area. There are a further 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 doubles and 1 single bedroom). One of the doubles has an ensuite bathroom and  sliding doors leading out onto a wide balcony. There is an additional shared bathroom on this floor.

There is a bright and modern living area, complete with stylish furnishings. Large sliding doors provide access out to the pool terrace. There kitchen is well-equipped with sleek cabinetry and appliances, and a dining table with chairs. The open plan living area has comfortable sofas and chairs, and a feature fireplace aswell as a flat screen TV. The large glass doors fill the space with daylight and open out onto the pool decking.

Villa Capella has parking space for 2 cars at the front door.

Villa Capella is well-located just outside Bodrum town. A 30 minute walk or a 10 minute drive will take you to the resorts of Bodrum and Gumbet, where you can find a large selection of bars, restaurants and lokantas, as well as some stunning beaches. Just a 10 minute walk from the villa, a local bakery can enrich your mornings with freshly baked bread.. If you wish to explore further afield, the infamous Yalikavak Palmarina or beaches of Ortakent are both easily reachable within a 20 minute drive.
