Villa Astera

Set between the popular resorts of Yalikavak and Gundogan, Villa Astera offers wonderful sea views and a fabulous private pool. Villa Astera is comfortably furnished throughout and benefits from a spacious layout. A great base from which to explore, there are plenty of beaches within easy reach by car aswell as the compounds own private deck into the sea, large shared swimming pool and restaurant/snack bar. You’ll also find an vast array of bars and restaurants in both Yalikavak and Gundogan.

The private pool with wide steps is set into a paved pool terrace with grassed area to the side. There is a large pergola - perfect for relaxing in the shade. You can enjoy spectacular sea views from the comfort of your sunbed or the alfresco dining table, which sits on a raised terrace. Steps separate the 2 different levels of the fantastic outdoor space. You'll find a BBQ on the dining terrace of the villa.

On the first floor, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms - 1 double with ensuite and 1 twin. The ground floor has a further double bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms in total.

The kitchen and lounge are open plan and finished in a tasteful, traditional style.. There is a dining table with chairs, comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV.

From the road, enter the driveway which has space for 2 cars.

Located in an area known as the Kızılburun between Yalikavak and Gundogan, you can enjoy the best of both worlds at Villa Astera. Locally, you’ll find a few amenities such as cafes, bars and a couple of pretty coves. A 15 minute drive takes you to Yalikavak, home to sandy beaches, a chic marina and an excellent selection of eateries. Gundogan is also a short drive away and offers visitors 3 distinct areas to experience – the port, Old Town and beautiful Blue Flag Beach.
