 The architect designed house offers spacious and cool living and sleeping rooms, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite. Internally, the decor and furnishings are in a relaxed rustic style.

This house is built on two levels and is mainly open plan in the living areas.  

Entering via a entrance hallway the open plan living areas comprise a living room with fireplace, comfortable seating with sofa and a comfortable chair and adjoining open plan dining room/kitchen. The living room opens onto the pool terrace with both lounge style sofa seating and dining table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The kitchen is fully fitted with the usual appliances  and has an island unit with stools. There is a SMART TV with Netflix functionality connected. Free Broadband wifi.

On the entrance level there are 2 double bedrooms, and on the first floor there is an ensuite double bedroom.

There are 2 bathrooms  and A/C in all 3 bedrooms 

Villa Verona Beach terrace areas offer sitting, dining and lounging space both in shade and sunny areas. The lounge/living room has sliding doors which let the outside in onto a dining and seating terrace.

The private pool has a pergola at the end for shade. There are sunbeds and seating around the pool. 

Great option for groups or families or friends wishing to holiday together as there are 5 individual 4 bedroom Villas (Villa Castello Beach) and 5 individual 3 bedroom villas (Villa Verona Beach) available.

The private beach area is a level  500m walk where all guests of Villa Castello Beach  and Villa Verona Beach can use the hotels facilities and sunloungers free of charge during their stay. Continue along to the main Ortakent beach which is lined with restaurants, cafes, small shops and bars.  Locals will know the beach is split into Yahsi side and Ortakent side but to those not in the know, it appears one long stretch of beach which has sun loungers and beach umbrellas available to rent from a variety of vendors depending on the location of beach you choose. 

Ortakent town/village itself has lots of local shops, bakery, smaller supermarkets, petrol stations etc but stay on the road 3 or 4 minutes towards Bodrum and you'll reach the Midtown Shopping Mall and large super/hypermarkets and other large shops. At Midtown Mall, Ortakent, there is a cinema, gym, children's playground, restaurants and shops selling international brands
