Villa Tulip

If you are looking for a 3 bedroom villa within walking distance of Gumbet Beach, Villa Tulip is a top choice. You'll also find restaurants and bars within 5 minutes' walk, plus the bustling Bodrum centre 5 minute drive. The swimming pool is surrounded by hedges and mature gardens to give you a bit of privacy. You can relax on the sunbeds around the pool or on the shade of the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, all on the first floor, 2 doubles (one of which is ensuite) and one twin room. There's a double bedroom and a separate shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is another double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. There's a separate bathroom on this floor too. One of the twins and the double have use of a shared balcony where you can enjoy a good book or simply enjoy the distant sea views.

The living space is open plan incorporating the lounge, dining area and kitchen into one sociable area. Two sets of patio doors provide handy access out to the pool terrace and covered seating area, as well allowing natural light to flood the room. There is comfortable seating facing the flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for preparing those important family meals

There is off-road covered parking for one hire car as well as on Street parking spaces at the entrance.

With its whitewashed buildings tumbling down to a picturesque bay, Gumbet may look like a traditional village, but it overflows with entertainments. Along the popular, narrow sand-and-pebble beach, cafes, bars, tourist shops and British and international restaurants vie for attention, as well as plentiful watersports. And by night, things hot up further with a myriad music spots, bars and discos.

A thriving holiday resort in its own right, and as well as boasting fantastic hotels and beach facilities, it has a growing party atmosphere after dark. In Gumbet town there is a central street packed with colourful restaurants and bars, and it’s here that music and dancing can be enjoyed into the early hours.

Buses in the region are known as dolmuses, and a ten minute journey on the Bodrum dolmus will deliver you to a much larger night-time playground.
