Villa Sunrise 1

Villa Sunrise 1 is beautiful, modern detached villa with sublime views of the sea and over the quaint seaside village. Located on a hill overlooking the charming resort of Gundogan Bodrum, you’ll be less than a 5 minute downhill walk from the lokantas, bars and beach. Sit back and relax as you soak up the sun from your stunning terrace before taking a refreshing dip in your private pool.  There is WiFi, and air conditioning in the mian bedroom and the living room.

The lovely private swimming pool with water feature is the ideal spot to enjoy a refreshing dip. Around the pool you’ll find sun loungers to unwind with a good book or an ice cold drink. The covered terrace is located a few steps from the pool and has outdoor furniture and breathtaking views across the resort and out to sea. It’s the ideal spot for a sundowner. To the front terrace of the villa is an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco meals throughout the day.

There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms at Villa Sunrise. There is a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Then a further double and twin bedroom, sleeping a total of 6 guests. There is a shared bedroom

The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is flooded with natural light from the double doors that open out to the covered terrace. This light and airy space has a dining table and chairs, wonderful L-shaped sofa and a flat screen TV. The adjacent kitchen has white cabinets and modern appliances throughout. It has everything you need to prepare some delicious holidays meals. 

In front of the villa is parking space for 1 car. From here the villa entrance is located up approx 20 steps and leads into the garden.

Villa Sunrise 1 is fantastically well positioned. Situated slightly uphill it offers stunning sea views and yet is within a 5 minute stroll of Gundogan Beach and centre. Close to the beach you’ll find a lovely selection of local lokantas, bars and mini markets. If you’re able to tear yourself away from this little slice of paradise, then Bodrum town is a 20 minute drive in one direction or Yalikavak and its infamous Palmarina 15 minutes in the other direction.
