Villa Savana

Villa Savana has a fabulous location, just 500m from the beach in Gumbet, Bodrum with a sand beach, restaurants and shops. This 3 bedroom villa has use of a large shared pool and a wonderful outdoor dining area to the rear. With great location and plenty of space both inside and out, Villa Savana is a superb choice. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The large shared pool is set in mature gardens at the rear of the villa, with lots of trees and shrubs. There is ample space for sunbathing on the pool terrace or also 2 sunloungers in the garden for your use.
 

The open plan dining and living area is furnished with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV and a dining table with chairs. A set of patio doors lead out to the garden balcony at the rear, with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of workspace for cooking up your holiday meals. There is also a seperate small living room with pullout sofa (should a 7th guest wish to stay)

On the first floor you'll find 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) which share access to a separate shower room, as well as 1 the double with its own en suite shower room. On the lower ground floor is a third bedroom which can either be double or twin and an additional shared bathroom.

The villa is accessed through wrought iron gates that open on to the small front garden and onto the front door.

This is a great centrally located villa for both Bitez and Gumbet beaches and suitable for families or groups of couples.
