Villa Sante Fe has wonderful views right out to sea from its position, perched in the hillside above Koyunbaba bay, located between Yalikavak and Gumusluk. Renound for its charm Gumusluk has a pleasant beach and harbour, overlooked by several fish restaurants and a few small shops, within 10 minutes drive whilst the super luxury Palmarina in Yalıkavak is 15 minutes drive in the opposite direction. All 3 bedrooms, as well as the lounge, face the sea, with superb scenery over the hillside and across the water towards the coastline of the Greek islands. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

Interiors are rustic and airy with a playful mix of contemporary and traditional. What's more, the local bakery, supermarket and beach areas of Koyunbab bay itself are only 15 minutes walk.  Villa Sante Fe has what everyone wants... breathtaking views, private pool, shaded dining terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 luxury shower rooms plus separate cloakroom/WC immaculately finished throughout.

The ground floor has a lounge with seating area, wood coffee table and fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors open off the lounge and kitchen area onto the covered dining terrace. There is also a cloakroom/WC with wash basin..There is a Large flat screen 'smart' TV with sound system and blue tooth connection for iPod, iPad etc and High speed internet available

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. Master has new en-suite wet room shower room - large bed, wardrobes, dresser, bedside tables, sea views. Sliding doors to full length balcony with table and chairs. Bedroom 2 and 3 are twin rooms with single beds.

The private pool towards the edge of Villa Sante Fe’s garden is perfect for evening cocktails, sundowners and watching the yachts sail by from the Turkish coast to the Greek Islands of Kos and Kalymnos, which you can clearly sea from this part of the coast. The garden area has been paved for low maintenance reasons but borders have been planted with colourful and fragrant shrubs and fruit trees
