Villa Peppe is a great 4 bedroom house located in the traditional fishing village of Guvercinlik, Bodrum just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach and offers views of the Sea from your own private pool terrace. The town of Guvercinlik with its fishing harbour and seafront restaurants is about 4km away. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The fantastic frontline position and amazing views over the coastline to the open sea makes Villa Peppe an excellent holiday choice. The villa is spacious inside and out and is ideal for soaking up Bodrum sunshine. Varied amenities in the centre of Bodrum, coupled with the stunning beaches of the Bodrum Peninsula are all within a short drive.

The private swimming pool is at the front of the villa where you can relax on one of the surrounding sunbeds - perfect for those lazy days in the sun. A set of steps up from the pool area takes you to the shaded terrace with views of the sea. You will find a shaded dining area here, a great spot for alfresco dining.

Villa Peppe has 4 bedrooms (2 of which are ensuite). There is one double bedroom with ensuite on the entrance floor and the other 3 are all on the first floor. All bedrooms are light and airy with comfortable furnishings.

The bright open plan lounge, kitchen and seating area is a great place to socialise after a day around the pool. There is a comfortable seating area around the flat screen TV and small coffee table. Adjacent is a dining table and chairs, as well as a breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen. From the seating area there are a set of patio doors leading to the shaded dining terrace as well as a set of steps leading down to the pool area.
