Offering beautiful countryside views, Villa Oleandro is a delightful 5 bedroom property and is a superb choice for large families or groups wanting their own space. With a fabulous private pool and spacious lawn area, you'll have everything you need to enjoy those long sunny days. Ideally located outside of Ortakent, known as ‘Middletown’, you'll be just 5 minutes' drive from a whole host of restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach. WiFi and air conditioning are included.

The outside space at Villa Oleandro makes this house truly special! There's a private pool with steps leading down for easy access. There is a large shaded eating area, perfect for alfresco dining. This villa also has a private sand pit, sand based volleyball court, football/soccer nets for the large lawn, badminton and half volley ball court.

The private pool takes pride of place amongst the spacious grounds. This is a great place to relax and take in this wonderful setting. A pathway from the pool leads to the villa and BBQ, dining table and chairs area. To the side of this, there is also a second enclosed shaded seating area

On the ground floor, there is a brightly furnished open plan area. There are 2 sofas and armchairs, a flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and patio doors allowing natural light to flow through the room. There is also a well-equipped kitchen.

The stylish kitchen is french country style in design with sleek white cabinets and attractive tiles. You'll find all the modern appliances needed for your holiday meals, as well as a large dining table with chairs. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a dining table with chairs overlooking the gardens There is a brick BBQ and plenty of preparation space, so you can whip up a feast and dine alfresco every night.

Bedroom 1 - Super king size bed with large en-suite bathroom with bath tub, shower, twin basins. 2 baby cots available. Sleeps 2. This room has walk through wardrobe leading to the en-suite. It also has a private balcony with seating overlooking the garden and pool 

Bedroom 2 - King size bed and child's bed, en-suite shower room. Sleeps 2 or 3 if child's bed is used 

Bedroom 3 - Double bed with shared shower room. This room is downstairs at living level. Sleeps 2 

Bedroom 4 - 2 sets of bunk beds, plus a single bed, en-suite shower room. Sleeps 5, great room for kids and teenagers 

Bedroom 5 - 2 x twin single beds with use of shared shower room. This room is downstairs at living level. Sleeps 2 

There is a gated entrance and driveway which has ample parking. Bodrum Golf and Tennis Club is one mile away (driving range, 9 par-3 holes, 5 clay tennis courts, spa, clubhouse & restaurant). Pool and grounds will be looked after by our gardener 4 days a week.

 Located a 15 minute drive to Yalikavak in one direction or 15 minute drive to the centre of Bodrum in the other this is a great choice for all
