Villa Monaco is an impressive, contemporary 5 bedroom villa set close to the popular resort of Bodrum. With a choice of sandy beaches, restaurants and shops all within a short drive, you’ll have everything you need for a wonderful holiday nearby.

Back at the villa you’ll have the perfect space to relax with a large private pool and inviting terrace. Inside you'll find sleek, stylish interiors finished to a high standard throughout. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating. The large private pool is surrounded by a lawn and spacious terrace, with sunbeds to soak up the warm sunshine. You’ll also find some comfortable seating, great for relaxing with a good book. There is a shaded dining area with table and chairs, perfect for those alfresco meals.

The open plan lounge/dining area oozes sophistication with stylish, contemporary seating, a dining table and chairs, and crisp, clean decor. It's kept light and airy with windows running the whole length of the room, overlooking the pool and garden. The large kitchen is of a contemporary design with a L shape design and finished with sleek cabinets and modern appliances.

Villa Monaco has 3 bedrooms in the main villa all of which are ensuite , 2 have double beds and the other has a large single. There are a further 2 bedrooms in the annexe building in the grounds which have a shared bathroom. (1 double and 2 single beds).

Just a 45 minute drive from Bodrum Milas International Airport, 5 minutes to Bodrum Centre and 20 minutes to Yalıkavak, Villa Monaco has the best of both worlds.

Bodrum itself  is filled with quaint shops, sea-facing restaurants and plentiful cafes and bars.  The lively Strip, with a huge number of shops and restaurants, as well as nightlife, plus the sandy beach, are all within 5 minutes' drive.

Spend your days soaking up the sun with an incredible panorama and by night enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Bodrum.
