Villa Mocha is a wonderful 3 Bedroom Villa just Metres from the Beach The villa features a fully fitted open kitchen equiped with everything you require for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, fruit press, toaster &; mixer. The living and dining room areas are bright and airy. The living room comes with satellite television, wifi internet and air conditioning. Further dining is available directly form the living areas where you will find a covered terrace with portable barbecue.

There are three well presented bedrooms, bedroom 1 offers a double bed Air Conditioning, ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, WC) Bed size 1,60 x 2,00m. The 2nd bedroom is also a double bedroom with air conditioning, Bed size 1,80 x 2,00m. The third bedroom offers twin beds and air conditioing. The family bathroom has a shower/bath,WC, sink, laundry facilities.

The terrace area is perfect for meals in the fresh air and the sun bathing platform at the base of the grounds is the ideal spot to soak up the stunning weather that Guvercinlik enjoys. Of course if you fancy a swim you can always use the vast expanse ofsSea as your own private swimming pool. Sharing a beach with no more then 10 houses ensures your beach villa is relaxing, quiet and thoroughly enjoyable.

The villa is a 15 minute drive from the lively centre of Bodrum and approximately 10 min away from Guvercinlik village where you have restaurants cafes and shops. Guvercinlik, is a delightful town that offers plenty of variety when it comes to dining out and the locals are friendly and welcoming. There are shops to make sure you are well stocked for a self catering stay or alternatively the buzz and bright lights of Bodrum are just 15 minutes away. The villa is cleaned once a week, which will include a change of linen.
