There are 3 modern bedrooms, all of which have en suite shower rooms and are decorated in neutral tones. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with patio doors that open onto the pool area. Upstairs, you’ll find ensuite double and twin bedrooms that have private balconies with stunning sea views.

There is a large, open plan living space, all of which overlook the pool and sea views. The space is contemporarily furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday meals. 2 sets of patio doors make the space bright and open onto a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs - perfect for alfresco dining with a view!

If you like to use the beach there is a private beach area for use by guests of the site aswell as numerous beach clubs and public beaches around the peninsula.

Villa Marissa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break. The popular resort of Yalikavak  is 10 minutes' drive away, home to a great choice of restaurants, shops yacht marina and a waterpark. If you prefer the quaintness and charm of the traditional Turkish fishing village, Gumusluk is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. The Bodrum Centre itself, with its white washed buildings, narrow streets, plentiful bars and restaurants and picturesque harbour is just over 20km ' drive from the villa and well worth a visit.
