The peaceful village of Boğazici is a 10 minute drive and the lively resort of Bodrum with an abundance of bars and restaurants is a 40 minutes drive . The inviting pool is great for cooling off between sunbathing. There’s an outdoor dining group under the shaded terrace plus you’ll have direct access to the living space via sliding doors. There is a terrace with swing peanut chair for enjoying the sunshine throughout the day.

There are 3 double and 1 twin bedrooms located on the upper floors which are bright and well furnished. All bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. Each has their own balcony exit, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or just some respite from the midday sun.

The open plan living area of the villa has a modern design and there is direct access to the pool terrace at the front of the villa. The central staircase leads to the upper floors.

The villa entrance up a flight of stairs which leads directly to the front door of the villa. Parking for 1 car is in a private garage at the entrance of the villa, aswell as normal on street parking.
