Villa Garden Life

Villa Garden Life is an attractive six-bedroom villa with private pool set in Bitez, a beautiful beach town on the Turkish Aegean coast. The villa is secluded and private and offers views across the green hillside. Ideally placed, it’s only a 20-minute walk from the beach and resort, where you’ll find waterfront restaurants and scenic sandy beaches or a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to the heart of the old Bitez village where you will find the locals and food markets. On the ground floor, you’ll find a seperate apartment with 2 bedrooms (one has a double bed, the other 1 single bed). There is also a sofabed in the living room. A total of 5 guests can sleep in this apartment. There is also a living room kitchen and 1 bathroom. As this apartment is built from stone and cool throughout the summer months please note that there is no AC but there are fans provided should you prefer to have an extra breeze. Immediately on the same level is the private pool and mature colourful gardens that hide the pool so it is completely private. On the first floor is the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room which lead directly out onto the terrace with a lovely sea view. On this foor there is also one bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom. The top floor has one ensuite bedroom with views over the green countryside of Bitez and there is a further 2 bedrooms (one with 1 single bed and the other with 2 single beds). Including openign the sofabed in the downstairs apartment 12 guests cna sleep in this villa. NOTE : Included in the price is 10 tons of water usage, if this is exceeded the the difference will be charged as extra according to local water rates.
