Villa Ella, Yalikavak, Bodrum offers magnificent sea views across to the Palmarina and Yalikavak Bay, best enjoyed from a comfortable chair on the terrace. This attractive 4-bedroom villa is located on the Bodrum Peninsula’s  west coast, perched above the charming seaside village of Yalikavak with its now world famous luxury yacht marina. A 7 minute drive will take you to the centre, with a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, plus a public beach. The site has a shared swimming pool. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

Take a cool drink and enjoy the scenery from the numerous terraces. There is an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals, from the entrance floor of the villa, as well as upper balconies and lower terraces from all of the bedrooms with full uninterrupted sea views. The shared swimming pool is in the middle of the compound which also has full sea views.

Villa Ella has 4 bedrooms in total. There are 2 double ensuite bedrooms on the first upper floor with balcony access and full sea views.  On the ground floor there is one twin bedroom with seperate bathroom across a private hall and a 3rd ensuite double bedroom. All bedrooms essentialy have their own bathroom. Both of the ground floor bedrooms also have seperate exits to the garden terrace with full sea views and seperate seating area.  There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on the entrance floor.

The lounge is bright and airy with comfortable seating and Smart TV. Patio doors open out to a large balcony overlooking Yalikavak. With stunning views over the bay, this is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee and watch the sun set. The open plan kitchen is well-equipped for your holiday meals. A door leads out to the side of the villa to the dining terrace. There is also a seperate handy laundry room on the ground floor.

From the road, the site has a gated entrance leading down past the shared swimming pool to the villa. There is a parking area for your car at the entrance to the villa. 2 steps take you down to the front door.

Villa Ella’s prime location in Yalikavak allows guests to easily explore the Bodrum Peninsula region. A short 15 minute downhill walk to the local pebble beach with cafe and sunlougers offers convenient access to the sea or for a change of scenery and sandier beaches take a 15 minute drive to Ortakent or Bitez. For daily essentials, a mini market is just a 10 minute downhill walk (although you do need to walk back up the hill), while a broader selection can be found within a 7 minute drive to the centre of Yalikavak itself.  Yalikavak's vibrant old harbour town area, with its plethora of dining and entertainment options, is only a 10 minute drive away, making it an ideal location for both luxury brands of the yacht marina and traditional culture seekers in the quaint covered fishing boat harbour .
