Villa Casandra

The stunning view alone makes Villa Casandra a great addition to our portfolio. But if that's not enough for you, this impressive 4 bedroom villa also has a large private swimming pool and spacious interiors. It's also only 10 minutes' walk from the local shopping centre and a 5 minute drive into town! Villa Casandra is a great choice for larger families or groups of friends, and also includes air conditioning/heating and WiFi.

It also has great views over both Gumbet and Bodrum and out to sea. The superb sea view is best enjoyed from the privacy of your own pool terrace and garden. There is a wooden table and chairs alfresco dining, or you can relax on the comfortable chairs which are shaded from the sun. There are plenty of sunloungers to relax and  enjoy a book while still enjoying the sunshine.

There are two bedrooms on the upper ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor, all with balconies and amazing views. There is also an open entrance 5th bedroom with double bed on the second floor. There are 4 double beds and 3 single beds in total to sleep 11 guests.

The seperate lounge, dining area and kitchen is extremely spacious with patio doors framing that glorious view, creating a bright and airy living space. The large, comfortable lounge area has an ornamental fireplace and flat screen TV. There is also a table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen with patio doors to the side terrace.

The villa has its own interior escalator.

There is on Street parking for 2 cars at the entrance to the villa which is accessed up a flight of stairs.

Villa Casandra has a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer and want to cook.  

There is a maid who will clean daily.

For those wanting breakfasts/meals etc, a private chef can be arranged as an optional extra  

Cost of breakfast and ALL food shopping for breakfasts/lunch/dinner is at guest expense and paid for locally as extras.  

NOTE: for breakfast/lunch/dinners guests pay for groceries at their own expense.  

The maid and other on-site staff member can take care of cleaning, laundry changes, garden and pool maintenance.  

There is 1 male and 1 female, they live in a private, separate house behind the villa, towards the back of the grounds.
