The property is a perfect choice if you don't want to hire a car!

This detached 4 bedroom duplex villa, is located on a compound with shared pool which is right on the sea front. There is also a wooden deck on the seafront for the sole use of the this compound which has direct access if you want to cool off and go for a swim in the sea. The sandy beach is also right on your doorstep with plenty of free sunbeds as long as you have a bite to eat or drink from the corresponding restaurant. An ideal location for a laid-back holiday.

The outside area has a large shared  pool surrounded by sun loungers, which are great for soaking up the Turkish sunshine and a shaded area is available on your balcony/terrace with an outdoor dining set - perfect for dining alfresco.

The lounge/dining area is bright and open plan with the kitchen. Here you will find comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with a dining table and chairs to one side. Floor to ceiling patio doors open out to the pool terrace and add light to the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

There is a car park on the compound for communal parking.
