There is a delightful pool area with sun loungers and seating group - all the vital ingredients for relaxing days spent by the large private pool. The dining table and chairs on the terrace coupled with a BBQ mean you'll be well equipped to prepare and enjoy tasty Turkish food.

This spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen has 3 large windows framing the sea and town view that open onto the shaded dining terrace, and out to the garden. The wooden floor and furnishings give the villa an exclusive feel, and you can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoys those magnificent views. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The entrance floor has 4 double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. A staircase leads up to the remaining 2 bedrooms, which are 2 doubles. All bedrooms carry on the stylish feel of the villa and make comfortable resting areas after exploring all that the Bodrum Peninsula has to offer!
There is also a seperate studio with small kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom, specifically designed for additional guests or nanny/babysitter etc.

The gate opens onto the driveway with space for 4 cars situated by the main entrance.

Villa Yutori is just 10 minutes' drive from the sandy Blue Flag Bitez Beach, which has calm shallow waters and a great selection of restaurants alongside. The town of Bodrum itself  is just 5 minutes' drive away and has a lively promenade packed with bars and restaurants. There are lively pubs and nightclubs for a younger crowd too. The infamous Yalikavak Palmarina and seaside harbour of Yalikavak Nerja is 20 minutes' drive away with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop.
