Villa Nova is well placed to reach everywhere in the Bodrum Peninsula, just a short drive from the beach resort of Ortakent/Yahsi with Bodrum town centre in one direction or Turgutreis marina in the other. Offering a unique Hideaway, now with private pool, Villa Nova is bursting with character and makes for a lovely retreat. Interiors are chic – a stylish blend of traditional and contemporary. Just 10 minutes’ drive away is the resort of Yahsi with its seafront lokantas and sandy beach. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The secluded garden has a great stone seating area with comfortable cushions to relax under the shade of the mature trees. Villa Nova is well suited to those who want a traditional turkish style laid-back, sun-drenched holiday in a small traditional village, yet only 10 mins drive to the sea. Situated 2 mins walk to the local mini market and small markets of Gurece village itself.

The terrace is a tranquil spot to enjoy sunbathing or at night, the terrace and gardens are equally appealing, with mature olive trees and subtle lighting. You will want to use this space to dine al fresco, or just to chill out with a drink and catch up on the day's events. The private pool is ideal for cooling off from the Bodrum sunshine or lazing on the sunloungers .

The villa contains 2 stylish double ensuite bedrooms decorated in light, airy natural tones. One of the double bedroom has large sliding doors leading to a balcony – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, the other has a small french balcony. There is a toilet and washbasin with contemporary fittings and fixtures on the ground floor.

There is a seperate ‘studio’ in the garden with bathroom and double bed should you have a larger group of up to 6 guests or homehelp/nanny etc (the studio can be provided for an extra fee)

The attractive open plan design of the living space has a calm and inviting ambiance with comfortable furnishings and large terrace doors allowing the light to flood into the villa. The villa décor is calming with natural tones and hues throughout, offering a peaceful spot to relax and recharge. The kitchen and breakfast table and chairs are incorporated within the design. The kitchen appliances include an electric kettle, toaster, fridge, oven/grill, hob.

There is communal parking with space for 1 car per villa at the entrance to this small compound. The villa entrance is 2 sets of steps.

Villa Nova is located in the old village of Gurece, allowing for central access to all areas of the Bodrum Peninsula. You’ll be just 15 minutes’ drive from the coastal town of Turgutreis, offering a great selection of bars and lokantas as well as a fabulous beach. You’ll also find a number of excellent sandy beaches in Ortakent/Yahsi a 2km drive and shingle bays dotted along the coast for you to explore, including Camel beach and Akyarlar beaches.
