Vivien Residence has an agreement with one of the local beach restaurants to use their facilities free of charge for all their guests, as well as a 10% discount offered if you do wish to eat or drink something.

Vivien Residence has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests, there is a sofa bed in the living room should a 5 th child wish to be accomodated. The double room has an ensuite showerroom and the seond bedroom has 2 single beds.

The lounge has a flat screen TV, coffee table and modern comfy sofas with patio doors leading out to the pool or terrace. There's a contemporary, fully equipped open plan kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, oven, as well as a refrigerator. There is a dining table and chairs located in the kitchen area.

The residence has two car parks should you wish to hire a car.  

Vivien Residence is in a brilliant location – 150m from the  seafront in Ortakent, Bodrum , Turkey. The main resort of Bodrum is less than a 15 minutes' drive away. The Ortakent promenade is just a 10 minute walk away where you will find many shops selling souvenirs, traditional lokantas, fish restaurants and plenty of coffee shops to grab a bite to eat.  The beach in Ortakent is one of the most popular in the Bodrum Peninsula great for families and couples. The property is a perfect choice if you don't want to hire a car!

Ortakent town/village itself has lots of local shops, bakery, smaller supermarkets, petrol stations etc but stay on the road 3 or 4 minutes towards Bodrum and you'll reach the Midtown Shopping Mall and large super/hypermarkets and other large shops. At Midtown Mall, Ortakent, there is a cinema, gym, children's playground, restaurants and shops selling international brands
