Villa Defne

Conveniently located in residential area only 500m walk to the beach, Villa Defne has a private pool that is secluded from neighbours by surrounding fruit trees. The garden here is great for children or families. Complete with a pool, afternoons can slip by too easily here simply floating in the refreshing waters or reading a book under the warm sun. Set over two floors, Villa Defne has 3 bedrooms in total (1 double bed, 2 bedrooms each with one single bed). There are an additional 2 mattresses which can be placed in each of the single rooms to accommodate an extra 2 guests (6 guests in total). There is air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The downstairs of the home is split into two areas, the lounge and kitchen. The lounge is finished with L shaped sofa,air conditioning and television leading onto the shaded front balcony with seating group, much appreciated after an afternoon under the hot sun. The kitchen is seperate and leads out to the private pool and rear balcony area with dining table and eating area.
