The villa is situated on a hill which means that it is easy enough to get down to the nearest beach but a car or taxi would be advised on the way home. Gundogan village centre is only a 5-minute drive from your villa. Gundogan, is a stunning village with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and has a weekly market. The beach is beautifully presented and you can enjoy a full day relaxing or take a boat trip off to one of the many coves or enjoy some of the watersports on offe

Villa De La Vie is fully air conditioned and has internet is supplied throughout the villa with normally a good signal.

From the main entrance is a hallway  leading  to the open plan kitchen dining room and then through to the private pool and gardens. In the kitchen there is a large fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, water cooler, kettle and toaster.There is one double bedroom located on this level.

On the upper floor, there is a main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and then 2 single rooms each with a single bed. There is an additional shared bathroom on this level with shower and bath. A 7th and 8th guest can be accommodated in the living room on the sofabeds.

The villa has its own private swimming pool in the garden. There is a shaded balcony/terrace seating area overlooking the private pool with both patio table and sofa group with amazing views over Gundogan Bay and the sea. Next to the veranda are oleander trees, bougainvillea, various fruit trees and palm trees which give privacy to the villa. The veranda is covered with shading, much needed in summer. Car parking for this villa is on the complex outside the entrance to the villa.

There is a wrought iron gate going down a few steps and you are at the entrance to the garden and villa. In amongst the garden area surrounding the steps are well established trees and myriad of brightly coloured plants.
