Villa Cem is a wonderful, 4 bedroom villa within a 10 minute walk of the charming Bodrum town  and its selection of delicious restaurants and lokantas. Spend your days relaxing on the beautiful terrace or take a refreshing dip in your private swimming pool, all whilst enjoying the warmth of the Bodrum sunshine. The first floor terrace offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining, with views of Bodrum castle and the sea. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

Enjoy total relaxation on one of the sun loungers that surround your inviting private pool. There is a bistro table and chairs by the pool if you prefer to have a bşte to eat. Under the covered terrace you’ll find a spacious dining table and chairs. It’s the perfect combination to enjoy delicious holidays meals whilst enjoying the evening breeze.

Spread across 3 floors, Villa Cem has 4 rustic and comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor there is one single bedroom as well as a shared bathroom. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms (one double, 1 twin and 1 single). You’ll also find a shared bathroom on this floor

The open plan seating, dining area and kitchen is bright, airy and homely. There is a sperate living room on the middle floor which is tastefully decorated and has a large sofa and flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a sumptuous meal whilst the dining table and chairs is the ideal spot for breakfast or a friendly game of cards. Double doors open from the seating area on to the pool terrace outside. There are doors from the second floor living room which open out onto a large balcony with dinign table and seating group

There is on road parking available for a hire car. From the parking area there is a flight of steps and a path down to the front door.
