Villa Assos B has magnificent views over the sea from its position, above the Palmarina Yalikavak so you can see the luxury yachts coming and going, The front is lined with both traditional seafood restaurants and kebab houses overlooking the small harbour area. From the villa, 10 minutes' on foot will bring you markets, shops, bars and places to eat and a small beach area. The walk is downhill so you may need a taxi for the return walk home as the hill is relatively steep. This 3 bedroom house is bright and airy, with private gardens and overlooking the shared swimming pool (which is very often empty so it is like having your own pool – shared between 5 villas). There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

There is a covered terrace to the front with dining table and chairs where you can relax or dine in the shade and watch the mezmerising view. There is a BBQ for outdoor cooking so you'll have all you need for dining alfresco in true Turkish style.
The shared infinity pool area has plenty of space around it for relaxing on one of the sun loungers with a cool drink. There are tremendous views all the way down to the sea and along the beautiful coastline.
There is 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and 2 further double bedrooms. Adjacent, there's a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are welcoming and homely.
The open plan lounge and dining area has 2 large pictures windows framing the view of Yalikavak. There's comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs, as well as patio doors opening onto the spacious dining terrace and garden overlooking the pool below. Adjacent to the living space is a breakfast bar area, leading into the well-equipped kitchen, , and the a further shared bathroom.
There is off street parking in the driveway entrance beside the house as well as on Street parking at the entrance to the site which is on a quiet road.
Yalikavak's town centre has retained its traditional Turkish charm. With its simple but stylish laid back atmosphere and friendly welcoming locals, this is its main attraction and the reason why holidaymakers return to the area year after year. A couple of minutes further on takes you to Yalikavak's fashionable new Marina with super yachts, gullets and sail boats visiting from all around the world. The Marina is home to super yachts, smart shops, bars, restaurants and a beach club which hosts open air concerts during high summer.
