A 10 minute drive along the coast will take you to the Akyarlar village centre, with a selection of seafront lokantas and restaurants plus a charming harbour area. This spacious 4 bedroom villa has beautiful sea views from all floors. There is WiFi and air conditioning/heating.

The inviting garden area is sea facing and offers lovely views, with seating and dining group. The overhead shaded patio areas offer alternative seating around the garden to relax and enjoy the views, with an outdoor dining table for those alfresco meals..

Villa Ariana is on a compound of 36 villas has 4 bright and spacious bedrooms in total. On the first floor you’ll find 3 double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite) , 2 with balcony access  that overlook the beautiful sea views – the ideal spot for your morning coffee. There is also a shared bathroom on this level. Downstairs there is a single bedroom with en suite shower room and doors opening out the garden area.

The living area is a generous size, furnished with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV. Patio doors lead out to a tiled patio in the garden. The kitchen is practical and well equipped.

Akyarlar is a popular holiday town located on the most south westerly point of the Bodrum peninsula, just across the Greek island of Kos. Akyarlar beach is one of the best Bodrum beaches and it is amazing with its fine sand and crystal clear waters.

The 2 km. long Karaincir Beach (means Black Fig in Turkish), situated by the Akyarlar coast, is considered to be the Maldives of Turkey and one of the best beaches on the Bodrum peninsula.

The beautiful bay of Akyarlar, is one of the most popular places for visitors to have a great beach day out, swimming and water sports.
