Marin Park 2+1 Residence

Marin Park is in a brilliant location – right on the seafront in Ortakent, Bodrum , Turkey. The main resort of Bodrum is less than a 15 minutes' drive away. The Ortakent promenade is just a 1 minute walk away where you will find many shops selling souvenirs, traditional lokantas, fish restaurants and plenty of coffee shops to grab a bite to eat.  The beach in Ortakent is one of the most popular in the Bodrum Peninsula great for families and couples. The property is a perfect choice if you don't want to hire a car!

The 2 bedroom apartments are located on a compound with shared pool which is right on the sea front. There is also a wooden deck on the seafront for the sole use of the this compound which has direct access if you want to cool off and go for a swim in the sea. The sandy beach is also right on your doorstep with plenty of free sunbeds as long as you have a bite to eat or drink from the corresponding restaurant. An ideal location for a laid-back holiday.

The outside area has a large shared  pool surrounded by sun loungers, which are great for soaking up the Turkish sunshine and a shaded area is available on your balcony/terrace with an outdoor dining set - perfect for dining alfresco.

The lounge/dining area is bright and open plan with the kitchen. Here you will find comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with a dining table and chairs to one side. Floor to ceiling patio doors open out to the pool terrace and add light to the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
