The Residence benefits from the hotel facilities and private beach which is 100m below. The large shared swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and mature trees offering privacy and shade. There is ample room for games or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. The Bardakçi beach area is one of the best in Bodrum with sandy beach and clear water. Great for families and children of all ages.

The 2 bedroom Residence comprises of a bright and spacious living area which is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen equipped with modern amenities - all you need for preparing those morning breakfast or evening meal watching the sun go down. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large sea facing balcony with patio table chairs and sunloungers means you can spend all day admiring the mezmerizing views.

An imposing Crusader Castle overlooks the harbor and the International Marina. Mountains and green valleys, traditional villages and isolated beaches, all within view of the warm clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

A twice weekly market attracts people from the villages around the Bodrum, adding another dimension to this popular resort. There are also many local markets in the villages around the peninsula including those at Yalikavak (10 mins drive from Gumusluk) and Turgutries (15 mins drive from Gumusluk).

It is an all year round place, which makes it so special for the out of season visitor; no dead streets with nowhere to find a meal whenever November strikes.
