Villa Manhattan is a stylish, contemporary villa with private pool offering luxury accommodation with heated (on request) private pool and billiard pool table - sleeps 8 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite).
The villa is cleverly designed with upper and lower levels of garden which provide private areas for a larger group. On entrance there is an open plan kitchen and living room area with internal dining room. This floor also has 2 bedrooms (one of which is ensuite). There is another shared bathroom on this floor
The luxury fully fitted kitchen is conveniently located near the spacious internal dining area which has direct access to the outside deck through a glass door, making it simple to cater for outside dinners.
Downstairs on the lower garden floor is a second living room area with billiard pool table, a sauna and seperate laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms located on this floor, one of which is again an ensuite. Both bedrooms have private exits to the garden.
On the top floor of the villa is the master süite with dressing room and open air jacuzzi bath.
There is a private car park space in the villa grounds and a station for charging electrical cars. The private pool uses salt technology and there is a BBQ by the poolside. There is a top of the range sound system. For the avid gardeners there is a small hobby garden at the back of the villa to pick fresh tomatoes and vegetables.
A short 200m walk to the beach and resort centre where you can enjoy the numerous restaurants and souvenir shops . Villa Atina has access to 2 free sunloungers and an umbrella at one of the local beachside hotels which is always handy in the height of summer.
